Frequently Asked Questions about Orders

What size T-Shirt do I order?

Be sure to read the Size Chart, in each listing, before purchasing, as there is no recourse if you order the incorrect size. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, for incorrect sizes.

What Payment methods do you accept?

We offer two methods of payment:

Direct Payment: All transactions are processed through Paypal. Paypal accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and direct bank payments.

Installment Payments: Are available thru .

What is your Return Policy?

Please ask all questions before purchasing as all sales are final and there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

It is best for you to create an account on our website, before purchasing, so you can see your orders, and access your tracking number, once your package has shipped.

If you don’t create an account, or create an account with an invalid email address, there is nothing we can do to help, since we have no access to your account details. We cannot change, delete, or add anything to a Customer’s account, on our website.

Do you offer Custom Designs?

We love creating new designs and welcome your input, ideas, or requests.

If you would like a design added to our MINI Cooper T-Shirt line, Contact Us with your request. If we add the T-Shirt to our roster, we will let you know when it is ready and you will just be able to order as normal. If it is something we wouldn’t normally carry, there will be a $20 design charge, in addition to the T-Shirt cost.

Where can I ship my order?

All purchases made via PayPal will only be shipped to the verified billing address on file. If you need shipment to an address other than your billing address, payment must be made via direct bank transfer.

We cannot and do not change shipping addresses, after an order has been placed. Please see our Terms & Conditions Page for details.


We are happy to ship to our International customers via USPS Priority Mail. All items shipped are marked as “Merchandise” on the Customs Form and are declared for full purchase price. Insurance coverage is included in our shipping costs so any loss or damage caused to items during shipment must be resolved with the Post Office.

Taxes, customs and/or import duties, that are charged by your Country, are the direct responsibility of the customer and are in addition to our shipping charges.

If your Country does not show up during the checkout process, please Contact Us to have it added.

How long does it take to ship my order?

T-Shirt Orders are processed within 1-7 business days, by our Print Partner. After the order has processed, please allow 2-5 days for shipping within the US (shipping times are longer for International orders.)

NOTE: Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days. The day you place your order does not count as a business processing day.

We do not guarantee exact shipping or delivery dates. If you need your order by a specific date, you will have to pay for expedited shipping.

Will I get tracking for my order?

Once your package has shipped, (after the listed processing time), you will be sent a tracking number via email, so make sure you have provided us with the correct email address. Tracking will also be uploaded in to your account on our website, so you can always check it there, as well.

It is your responsibility to watch the tracking on your package.

If four business days have passed, and you haven’t received a tracking number, please check your email spam folder.

My order is missing but the package shows as delivered.

If tracking for your package shows as delivered, but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local Post Office, as we have no control over their deliveries, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The USPS has GPS trackers on their vehicles which will show exactly where and when a package was delivered. If a package is returned to us, for an incorrect address that you provided, you will have to pay to reship the package.

What if I receive a damaged or poorly printed Shirt?

If the T-Shirt you received is printed incorrectly, damaged, or bad quality, please email us photos of the errors/damage, so we can pass it on to our Print Partner. Our team will inspect the errors and if applicable, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible.
